Regent of the Subpriory of Our Lady of Lourdes Speaks in Washington, DC

On November 1, 2025, the Subpriory of Our Lady of Lourdes, Federal Association members gathered to welcome the Subpriory Regent, Ambassador Peter McGuire to Washington, DC. Celebrating Mass was the Subpriory’s Chief Chaplain and Pastor of St Ann Catholic Church, Monsignor James Watkins and Father Richard Mullins of St Thomas.
The Hospitallers of four regions (Brendan Brown, Kevin Fisher, Diane Oakley, and Barbara Ritschel) were responsible for making the event and reception possible. Members from the second and third classes from those regions were present.
As every member of the Federal and American Association is a member of the Subpriory of Our Lady of Lourdes, Ambassador McGuire took the opportunity to highlight for the attendees the Code and Constitution’s clear statement of purpose for the restructuring of our relationship to the Subpriory and the Order world-wide.
